The skin condition known as acne usually rears
it’s ugly head at the time of puberty, although of course
it can continue well into our adults years. There are
many and varied reasons for this skin eruption not least

to eliminate the bad skin condition. Raw fruit and
vegetables play an important part in clearing the blood
of impurities and will also assist in giving you more
energy and zest for life. Raw foods where possible,
exercise and a good cleansing routine twice a day will
without doubt help to clear your skin of acne and in turn
give you more self confidence.
