Eating Raw Food to Cure Your Acne  

  

The skin condition known as acne usually rears it’s ugly head at the time of puberty, although of course it can continue well into our adults years. There are many and varied reasons for this skin eruption not least of all the fact that there are significant hormonal changes in the body at this time. It adds to the feeling of low self esteem which is quite often prevalent in the teenage years, and if not checked can, in some cases, cause scarring.

Acne is usually caused by too much oil secretion causing blockage in the pores, and therefore absolute cleanliness is a must in order to keep the skin clear and allow the pores to breathe. Eating too much sugary and spicy food will also add to the problem. Therefore it is important to look at your diet and see how you can improve it.

  

It has been proven that eating raw food where possible helps to clear the body of toxins and thus help to eliminate the bad skin condition. Raw fruit and vegetables play an important part in clearing the blood of impurities and will also assist in giving you more energy and zest for life. Raw foods where possible, exercise and a good cleansing routine twice a day will without doubt help to clear your skin of acne and in turn give you more self confidence.
